  • 1. Along with other three adult guests, the adult birthday person can enjoy FREE admission (save $65.95 at total, excluding HST and other service charges).
  • 2. Promotion only valid to ONE single birthday guest in one group of four.
  • 3. Cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.
  • 4. The promotion only valid on specific birthday month (Jul or Aug). The month of visit must match with the birthday month on the presented photo ID.
  • 5. The birthday person must present their photo ID to Go Place staff at check-in and check-out.
  • 6. Valid for check-in on weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • 7. Go Place reserves the right of final explanation and decision.

Experience an unparalleled wellness journey with over 68,000 square feet of Jacuzzi, specialty baths, saunas, treatment rooms, lounging and dining areas. A lot of our customers have questions about visiting and our reservation process, so here we have compiled a simple FAQ for everyone interested!

We accept walk-in for general admission (jacuzzi and saunas). ONLY massage, facial, and beauty services are required to book an appointment.

Admission prices does not include dining, facial and massage services. Admission price is mandatory and will be added on top of massage, facial, or body service charge listed.

If you would like to request specific room choice (single or double), or the gender of your massage therapist, please let our staff know at the time of booking. While we will try our best to accommodate your requests, please understand due to daily booking situation, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled for your appointment.

Check-in process time varies based on daily situation. We recommend arriving 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to leave enough time for check-in procedures.
