Go Place operates 24/7 and remains open on public holidays.
The admission fee for adults is $71.95. Youth (ages 12-15) are $48.00. Additional 12% service charge and taxes apply.
The admission fee grants access to all general spa facilities, including all 7 theme sauna rooms, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, computer room, and the lounge.
Guests may stay from 07:00am to 02:00am. Overnight stays (check out after 2:00 AM, or check in between 02:00am – 07:00am) require an additional $15.00 fee.
Guests are allowed ONE in-and-out privilege within a 2-hour window. Before stepping out, we kindly ask that the entire bill be settled. We will securely hold the same locker for your convenience until you return within the designated time frame.
The minimum age for entry is 12 years. Youth (ages 12-15) must be accompanied by a same-gender adult.
We provide spa attire, toiletries, towels, and lockers. Guests may bring personal toiletries and swimwear if preferred, and a physical government issued ID for check in purpose.

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is performed by a licensed therapist and may be eligible for insurance claims. Regular massages are for relaxation purposes only.
No, we do not provide direct billing. Guests must submit claims to their insurance provider independently.
Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but reservations are highly recommended.
Massage services are available from 11:00 AM to 1:30 AM. Beauty treatments are available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

For hygiene reasons, personal slippers or flip-flops are not permitted. Bathrobes are available for rent or purchase, and slippers are available for purchase at $3.50.
Yes, guests may wear a fitted covering underneath the spa wear.
Yes, the change-room areas (Jacuzzi, steam room, showers and changing rooms) are gender-specific. Other spa areas are co-ed.
Lockers are provided and include built-in locks. Guests do not need to bring their own.
Guests can rest in lounge areas. Private rooms are not available.
We provide blankets for guests upon request. Personal blankets are not permitted.
Tours are not available, but our website provides detailed information and photos of our facilities.

The 12% service charge is applied to cover operational costs and ensure that our team can continue to provide the highest level of service. It helps support the excellent experience we strive to deliver to all our guests. Please note that this charge is not a gratuity for individual staff members but is allocated to the overall service provided.
Gift cards do not expire. E-gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed at the facility.
The 10-pass admission ticket provides access to GoPlace for ten visits and can be shared among multiple guests. There is no expiration date.
