All Go Place Facilities Reopening Jan 31st!

Great news! Go Place will be resuming all of our facilities on Monday January 31st, just in time for Lunar New Year! Experience an unparalleled wellness journey with over 68,000 square feet of Jacuzzi, specialty baths, saunas, treatment rooms, lounging and dining areas. Celebrate with family and friends by relaxing at Go Place, check our official website for more information and online reservation today!

A lot of our customers have questions about visiting and our reservation process, so here we have compiled a simple FAQ for everyone interested!

We accept walk-in for general admission (jacuzzi and saunas). ONLY massage, facial, and beauty services are required to book an appointment.

Admission prices does not include dining, facial and massage services. Admission price is mandatory and will be added on top of massage, facial, or body service charge listed.

If you would like to request specific room choice (single or double), or the gender of your massage therapist, please let our staff know at the time of booking. While we will try our best to accommodate your requests, please understand due to daily booking situation, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled for your appointment.

Check-in process time varies based on daily situation. We recommend arriving 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to leave enough time for check-in procedures.

Our staff will contact you via email or text to confirm your booking date and time.

We have re-opened!

We want to thank you for your patience and support during this time of closure. GoPlace has officially reopened its doors for services on July 24th, 2020

At GoPlace, your safety is our top priority. We have instituted strict guideline and procedures to ensure you have the utmost confidence in our ability to provide a safe environment. Here are some ways that we are ensuring the safety and security of our staff and guests:

  • Temperature and wellness screenings upon arrival
  • All staff and guests are required to wear a mask or face covering
  • Limiting number of guests and employees in the spa
  • Social distancing measures in common areas
  • Increased measure of sanitization using high effective products
  • Increased hand sanitizing stations throughout the store

With growing global concerns around COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our employees and guests is Go Place ‘s top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time. We are committed to providing comfortable and safe entertainment experiences at our locations.

We want to assure our guests that we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our venues are safe and that we have existing plans and training protocols in place to ensure they stay that way. We will continue to monitor for developments very closely.

We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team, including:

  • Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols in all our facilities, with particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas. And the cleaning products we use are industrial-grade and food-service approved.
  • Increasing communications and reminders with our guests, employees on important health and safety measures.

Also, to protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell and have travelled outside Canada over the past 14 days, refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Again, we will continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide ongoing updates as needed.
